How much does CallFlow cost?+
The basic version is free and supported by in-app ads. You can optionally purchase the Ad-Free package. We do not display ads on your website or widget.
Will the widget slow down my website?+
The script loads asynchronously and runs in an isolated Shadow DOM. It does not block the site's content or interfere with its styles.
Is CallFlow GDPR compliant?+
The data is stored in the European Union. You have the option of exporting and deleting data, and the customer confirms consent to contact.
Do I need a programmer?+
No. On a regular page, you paste one line of code. For WordPress, WooCommerce and other platforms you can use a ready-made plugin.
Will I customize the appearance of the widget?+
Yes. You will set the color, rounding, texts and view variant. Advanced changes are available via CSS ::part().
